100% Carbon Neutral Delivery
Being carbon neutral means that your net release of CO2e into the atmosphere is zero.
Whatever CO2e you emit is cancelled out by a process known as ‘offsetting’ – that is, supporting projects that reduce emissions, like regenerating precious forest, replacing old equipment with more efficient technology, or even training communities in beekeeping!
Sending a parcel shouldn’t cost the earth.
Compostable Satchels
Stock permitting we use Compostable Satchels.
Our “green” satchels look like plastic and feel a bit like plastic, but they’re made from 100% biodegradable and compostable materials.
Specifically; corn starch, PLA (made from corn) and PBAT (Polybutyrate Adipate Terephthalate).
Our satchels have passed Australia’s stringent AS5810 certified home compostable requirements, which includes a worm toxicity test, so they’re even worm farm friendly.
Once you have finished with our satchel you can simply take off the label and pop the satchel in with your food scraps. The satchel will biodegrade within 90 days in a regular home composting process.
Other important information:
To ensure secure delivery, all parcels must be signed for upon receipt. If you don’t expect to be home during normal business hours, please choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.
In some cases, the carrier may take 1-2 business days register your shipment status on their website. Please be patient! However, If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please contact us.

Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, or if incorrect details are provided during the checkout process.
